After the four Sundays of Advent, a period of reflection and anticipation in which we prepared ourselves inwardly for the coming of Jesus through prayer, reading the Gospel, spreading hope, peace, love, and joy, and showing our solidarity with people in need through, among other ways, our Solidarity Table, Christmas is now slowly approaching.
In Sint-Kwinten, too, the Christmas trees have been decorated and the nativity scene prepared to welcome the baby Jesus on Christmas Eve. Many children helped with the decorations.
Thank you to these children and the other volunteers who have made our church so beautiful.
