This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the International Community of Sint Kwinten (“Community”) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the website (“Site”). This Policy was written in accordance with the relevant laws of the European Union and of the Belgian government regarding the protection, storage, and distribution of personal identification information.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. The Catholic English Speaking Community of Leuven has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our Site, revise the updated date at the bottom of this page and send an email to Users subscribed to the newsletter. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes and to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
