Annemie Vanermen (°1992) was born and raised in Leuven.

She served as a volunteer in a home for children and youth with disabilities in Jerusalem and has a great love for the Holy Land.

Annemie has been an active member of the Sint Kwinten Community for several years. Since 2016 she is a member of the Community Team, of which she is co-coordinator since 2022. She is also a member of the Zone Council of the Pastoral Zone ‘Leuven aan de Dijle’.

Annemie is mainly involved in diakonia and community building, organizing hospitality after the Sunday celebration and larger events during the year (evangelization in the schools, BBQ).

She works as an intensive care nurse in a Leuven hospital.
